At the time of parcel submission, the parcel will be opened and inspected in front of the sender, and permission must be granted.
When weighing a parcel, if it exceeds 0.1 kg, it will be charged as 1 kg.
Senders may pack and ship items by their own arrangement. If packing is needed, it can be purchased at the cargo office and shipped.
For electronic items such as phones, laptops, and TVs, Cargo Fee + 5% tax must be paid.
Customers who want insured shipping can purchase insurance. If items are lost or damaged, 100% compensation will be provided.
Fragile and breakable parcels can be shipped by the company, but the company will not take responsibility for damage or loss. (The sender must pack securely.)
For parcels without insurance, compensation for damage or loss is limited to three times the cargo fee. If the item value is lower than that amount, only the full item value will be compensated.
When delivery arrives, please open and inspect your parcel immediately in front of the delivery staff for any damage, and keep photo or video records. Only damage or loss found during this inspection is eligible for the cargo refund process. If inspection is not done and damage is reported after delivery, we will not be responsible.
We will not be responsible for damage or loss caused by natural disasters or war.
Due to customs rules of the relevant destination country, if shipped goods are destroyed, seized, or returned, the company is not responsible and item value plus cargo fees cannot be refunded.
Customs authorities of the relevant country may contact the recipient by phone or email to ask about the reason for ordering, item details, or tax payment. These matters are not related to Fox Company and concern only the recipient, who must respond and pay any required taxes.
If delivery is delayed because of an incorrect recipient address, address changes, or unanswered phone calls, shipping may take longer than usual and this is the responsibility of the recipient.
Items that violate the law or are prohibited for transport under existing national laws are strictly not allowed.
If prohibited items are concealed and shipped, Fox Express has no responsibility, and only the sender and recipient will be subject to legal action under existing laws.
